Error : Unable to open assignee's Data-Admin-Operator-ID record

Facing problem problem in case routing, getting ‘Resume (fixed) problem flow’ error. Attaching the screenshot of the error for reference.

This exception will occur when you are trying to route the case to user, but operator profile is not avail for the user inside system.

Please check for the User ID which you are trying to route the assignment, Operator ID is avail inside system.

Make sure in operator profile Operator is available to receive work checkbox is enabled under work tab.

@MohammadArmanK can you check the tracer once where it is failing, I think Pega is not able to find Data-Admin-Operator-ID instance to whom you are trying to route this particular assignment.

The above issue got solved by creating the operator ID for which it was showing error mesage.
