Unable to view the views from the UX tab of the case designer after migrating the application to constellation.

@Harshadak5699hi, without further details we will not be able to help. Please open ticket with GCS and attach logs. Please describe also the “migration” process that you have followed.

@Harshadak5699 If I understand correctly, you are trying access Traditional assets (e.g. UIKit) from Constellation. It’s a coexistence limitation, and I already raised a SR, 10 months ago. Pega answered me that these gaps will be handled in 25 release.

Impacted area:

  • UX tab of Traditional case type.
  • Render Traditional harness (landing pages) on Constellation portal.

Work around:

  • From Dev Studio, private-edit the WHEN rule pxEnableC11nDev - true.
  • Then try to edit the metadata (JSON) of the harnesses, Case level views (Preview, Details etc.).

Pega doesn’t recommend to directly modify the JSON metadata of the views, hence I would suggest to raise SR to GCS to get the latest update on this matter.
