I would like to suggest that If we have the timeline to set-up in the arbitration process in order to balance customer relevance with business priorities to promote sales with best offers.
Example: During peak seasons the arbitration varies in case of promotions like seasonal offers. So it would be better to have the seasonal arbitration rules to promote offers under the sales during the peak seasons. This might increase sales and adds value to the business.
Thank you for the post. The way this would be achieved in arbitration is to have an issues/group that has seasonal promotions in it. During the seasonal period, you would weight up either the issue/group, or individual actions that are specifically important in that seasonal period. Does this meet your requirements, or are you highlighting some additional requirement that is not catered for?
