hi, In pega constellation 25.1.1, OOTB recents in the left nav panel appends a new entry on every case click. Due to this, a duplicate cases are displaying under Recents with same case/work item. anyone facing this issue ? looking for a solution.
Is this activity pzGetRecentsImpl customized? I never came across this issue.
Nope. I didn’t customized Neither Data page nor Report Defn. I am using Pega OOTB. I tried to check in tracer but no luck. I am not seeing any related to Get Recents .. i am only seeing pzAddOrUpdateRecentsWrapper, pzAddOrUpdateRecentsImpl utilites from Pega-API Class.
