i am unable to Download personal edition coul you please help me.

Hi @RajeshK96: Can you share more about the issue?

You can download available personnel from My Software in My PEGA portal.

You can also navigate via Support → Download PEGA Software.

Hi @RajeshK96

  1. if you are register Pega/PDN Account with your Personal Email, You won’t download the personal edition.
  2. Did you register Pega Account with your office mail id (IBM), in that case you can just fallow below steps.
  3. You can just click on this link https://support.pega.com/ and scroll down, the Additional Support Resources
  4. I have highlighted color in the below screenshot. you just click on below highlighted Hyperlink it will navigate to My Software page.
  5. Then you just click on Download now, it will download for you.
