*** To access My Software you first need to be sure that your email is validated by your Account Administrator . You need to be affiliated with an account/organization that is a client or partner of Pega. Please reach out to the Account Administrator in MSP within your organization to set up access. Note that the My Software feature is available for company emails only. Update your primary email to your company email and reach out to your Account Administrator in MSP to get access.
