Can you please let me know how to download my PEGA CSA Certificate. I have dine certification on March 2018, 7.2 version.

Login into https://my.pega.com
In the Top right corner, Click on My Profile action item/option.
Then under My Achievements, you can download your certifications.

See other user questions such as this one solved by checking the information listed there.
It may take approximately 24-48 hours for a completed Mission badge to display in your profile.
If 48 hours have elapsed since you completed the mission and the badge is not displayed in your profile, contact us and let us know which mission badge is missing.
