Good afternoon,
I would need your help to download the latest version of PEGA Studio that we use in our RPA development at the Cour de Justice de l’union Europenne. From the information I receive from the team the version would be Pega_Robot_Studio (Build 19.1.147 ).
Could I ask you ,how could I obtain this version and what are the steps to perform the download?

You can go to My Pega to download software. The Digital Delivery page will redirect you as well.
If you get a “Not Authorized” error, it is likely you have an invalid Primary account email in your full profile on my.pega.com which is not correctly affiliated to the registered company name.
Please contact [email protected]. Someone from the Accounts Support Team will reach out to you directly to address your specific access issue or you can contact someone in your organization who can add you to the Pega account as well.
