Does the removal of DSS Setting prconfig/initialization/urlencryption require a restart to take effect?

Hello,

We are experimenting the following 2 DSS to address one of the security findings:

  • Pega-Engine • prconfig/initialization/submitobfuscatedurl/default required
  • Pega-Engine • prconfig/initialization/urlencryption/default true

We have done the analysis and need to delete the 2 DSS. Could anyone advise if a restart is required after deleting them?

Hi @HaoS9285, In my view- Yes, any changes to DSS related to prconfig needs system restart.
