I am excited to see a component available in Marketplace for “Advanced bundling component for Customer Decision Hub”. I believe the component removes the dependency of NBAA for bundle recommendations in inbound channels as bundle recommendation already made available for outbound as part of Pega CDH licence.
Could you please share if there any documentation/screen-print available to use this component? There is a demand in client side to implement the bundle recommendation in upcoming days. This component is timely and make lot of difference to the Telco clients to get the bundle recommendation implemented for Inbound channels!
