Hi,

I wanted to know how Digital messaging chat message security is maintained in Pega?

Any reference document also would be really great.

In general, data is encrypted in-transit and at rest. Messaging between the digital messaging service and your Pega instance is authenticated by your digital messaging credentials.

Information about a specific chat session is only maintained in the digital messaging service while that session is active. The details of the chat are removed when the chat session ends, or when the session times out.

@seidd1 - Thanks for your reply, any idea about the encryption mechanism that Pega uses to encrypt the chat messages?
