Digital Messaging CoBrowse Message

I am trying to customise the message shown on the Client Chat session when a CoBrowse request is triggered from the Customer Service portal but I could not locate where this is set.

I had a similar change for Legacy chat and it was done using the field value (pyMessageLabel • DisplayingBrowserToCSR) and it worked.

For Digital Messaging Webchat, the message below is shown but I could not determine what rule contains this text. I also tried enabling the Disclaimer text in the CoBrowse Admin Portal but it looks like this is not used in Webchat (changes can be triggered through phone interactions). With this, could you advise if there is any way we could customise this text for Digital messaging?

Note: I found activity pySetUserContext that seems to be a place we can do this but there is no reference on how to leverage this.

Hi @NathanielC4390, there’s a new development that will help you address this request - this system message is in Digital Messaging Service, and we are working on adding support for uploading your own messages and localizations in your Web Messaging connections.
