Deployment Manager Issue - Client ID Authorization failing

We have Configured Deployment Manager in Development Environment itself. It’s working well but we observed our Transport Deployment is failing. Identified that, DMAppAdmin Password has been expired.

Re-generated the Client Secret and created a new password for the ID. Though all the necessary actions performed Transport Deployment is failing with HTTP 401 Unauthorization & Client ID Authorization failures.

Issue has been resolved by performing the following steps

  1. Perform “Revoke Access Token” option for the Operators across all the environments

  2. Enabled “Preemptive Authentication” option for DMReleaseAdmin Auth profile

  3. Enabled the Option “Use Refresh Token if available” across the DMReleaseAdmin Auth Profiles

  4. Regenerated the client secret from Orchestrator and update the same across all other candid environments

  5. Performed Rollover Restart of Webuser PODs.
