[Deployment Manager]Error occrred when I start deployment

I want to deploy application with Deployment Manager. I set up deployment setting and check Diagnose pipeline has no error. I try to start deployment but the following error message often displayed. After I try to retry many times, the deployment succeed.

Error while sending the request to candidate. the server responded with an HTTP 401 code, indicating an authorization problem. // The body of the service’s response, which is set up for mapping in the Connector rule, was empty for this service call.

I expect that the above error message does not displayed. How can I avoid getting the above error message?

@kobat Which version of deployment manager is this ? If the pipeline diagnostics is all green but deploy task is sporadically failing, then I would suggest to follow up with a support ticket with the relevant log files from both candidate and orchestrator environment.

@konda Thank you for your reply. Pega Deployment Manager version is 5.2.1. I will follow up support ticket.
