Default case initialization flow creation failed

hi,

I am unable to create case type due to below error,

.pyStages(1): Default case initialization flow creation failed

Does anyone have an idea to solve this problem?

@Karthik.MG I am facing same issue. Any workaround on this?

@SaswatiP8669 Yes In my Scenario, The default Pega rule is overridden during Cassandra database configuration, that’s why this default case initialization flow creation fails, For this issue I reverted the some configuration involved rules and it get created the default flow.
