@BhuppuY1 This error is likely because of unavailablity of port.

Can you please refer to step 12 in doc listed under System Administration - Deploying Pega Platform- Installing the Pega Platform Personal Edition?

and try running again?

@BhuppuY1 If this version is not working try installing lower version
