Dashboards created by managers or senior managers not visible for Banker?

Hi Team,
I have a requirement where banker can be able to view the dashboards created by managers or senior managers.

I have created dashboard from manager portal with shared access to ALL. it is not visible to banker access operators. Banker Can view the dashboards created with admin access.

Could you please help us with this.

Hi,

You need to check what the banker access operators are pointing to in their operator profile. If these operators are pointing to the same access group as managers. Or you can also create a separate access group for the banker operators that has only read only roles.
