Customer profile viewer and Campaign run output is not matching

Customer profile viewer outcome and Campaign outcome is not matching.

We don’t have any volume constraints. The treatment is coming in the campaign run output, I tried disabling, removing from action and even deleting , the same treatment is keep coming all the time in Campaign/Distribution runs.

Have checked agent application is same as development.

Customer profile viewer working fine not the campaign run.

Please suggest, why the campaign run/distribution run keep showing the same treatment which desabled/deleted/not linked?

@GOPESH SAHA What type of treatment is it? Also have you checked the appropriate join DDR to see if there is an entry linking the treatment to the action?

This is Email external treatment, yes Treatment join for Email does not have the External Treatment, as I removed from the action. This treatment which showing in the output even not active and not linked to any action now. After that also the same Email external treatment is keep coming.

I did restarted the system with clear cache, same issue!

Installed all missing hot fixes, no luck!

Even deleted the Treatment, and the same is keep coming!

Any thiought for the next step?

@GOPESH SAHA That is not how it is supposed to behave. If the treatment is removed and is not linked to the action anymore then it should not be emitted as part of the strategy output. Unless something went wrong while removing the treatment association and it was not removed fully.

if this is seen at a client’s instance then I would recommend raising a customer support ticket so that my teams can take a deeper look and investigate.

@GOPESH SAHA please can you confirm that the support ticket you reference above is INC-B1729 (Campaign run is giving a constant wrong results, CPV is fine)?

If that is not the correct ticket, please can you provide the ID here so that we can help track it.

There was a corrupted revision for GOS strategy. after removing the corrupted revision issue got resolved.
