@deloc could you kindly provide a link to the currently available in the Pega academy course for same theme but for version 8.6? I could not find it ad hoc, sorry. Is it an istructor-led course?
@AdamS802 the current recommendation is to take the Pega Customer Service Developer mission and then to leverage the documentation for the implementations of the microjourneys that are specific to financial services.
