One the more engaging features in CE Blueprint is “Simulate Next Best Action”. Which leads to engagement policies. Has anyone else used custom engagement rules (eligibility, applicablity, etc..) using the simulator to highlight how an offer is filtered and then actioned? How you seen the need to bulk uploaded engagement rules?
