As part of the low code app builder - extended module I’m working through the challenge for Calculating fields using decision tables.
In task 2 I am attempting to add a field named “Service credit”, have set type to currency, checked the box for “This is a calculated field (read-only)”, have set the function to “Use decision table” and it is defaulted to “custom decision table” as required.
When I click the gear icon the whole application freezes and just get a circling “throbber” in the centre of the screen indefinitley (see screenshot). I’ve relaunched the app studio instance several times and every time the same happens and I can’t proceed with the task at all. Please can someone help or I am unable to continue the module?
This issue is usually caused by security settings on a corporate network, VPN, or proxy server issue.
If you are on a VPN, try disconnecting from the VPN. If you are on a corporate network or proxy server, it could be the firewall/security settings - try attempting the challenge from a different network.
Hi Eddie - thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately I’m not able to access the Pega Academy site unless it’s through the VPN.
I’ve done around 20 hours of modules so far including all the challenges involved though and this hasn’t come up before. Is there anything else I could try?
