I have successfully completed pega CSA certification on 12/03 with 81%, but doesn’t get my certificate yet. I have attached my scorecard

If you have used same mail id https://home.pearsonvue.com/Clients/Pegasystems.aspx and https://www.pega.com/ in both accounts, in that case Wait for couple days your certificate will reflect into your account in couple of days.

In case you are not receive the certificate write a mail to support team [email protected] or
