Criteria filter and taxonomy Pega Knowledge

Hello,

By default, end users can only filter their results on the first taxonomy which is on the article. Is-it possible to also have the all the other taxonomies used and select it as a filter criteria on CRM search engine ?

If not, it is not really a criteria filter. The name of the criteria should be changed.

Every articles has several categories in Pega Knowledge.

@AmelieD8 In todays application we only support filtering on a single category. We have a roadmap item to introduce new metadata which would support multiple hierarchies and hence multiple filters.
