I’m supporting a client to implement a pega solution based on CPQ 8.4. We’re configuring simple Product Offerings with own price list specifications but we’re facing issue with price list periodicity. For example, if I configure a subscription chargese with 69$/yearly, when I apply this Offer to a new Quote, this “periodicity” information is lost and all Recurring Charges are evaluated as monthly. Anyone of you did expected this issue before? any suggestion to any Fix? Thank you.
I would update all that about this issue Pega opnened BUG-613286; this issue will be addressed with a CPQ Enhancement upcoming; we don’t know the exact schedule yet.
@MarissaRogers We have provided a hotfix to the client to fix this issue. The hotfix will be part of our regular CPQ 8.7 release coming on Dec 15th as well.
