CORS Policy for custom services

Hi,

Greetings. I am using Pega 8.4.2 , I would like to know if CORS Policy can be supported for custom services created in Pega and are accessed by other external systems. I tried setting a custom policy and mapped the endpoint to the policy, however i cannot see this is working. Can someone please explain or point me in right direction?

I am able to set the policy and test the CORS, when i had the issue i noticed that my endpoint is not properly mapped to CORS Policy and also origin is not set on the request header.
