Apart from the Constellation module in Pega Academy, is there anything else we can explore? We are currently working on a POC in Constellation, but we’re facing several configuration challenges that are consuming a lot of time. Are there any additional resources available that we could refer to?
Also, I do see some teams attend workshops conducted by Pega, how it actually works?
Does pega run enablement workshops when customer is migrating to constellation?

Of course I don’t know what it is that you are doing with your PoC, so take this as advice not as commentary. When I read
“but we’re facing several configuration challenges that are consuming a lot of time”, I get the impression that you want to implement in an old way.
My top tip for this: Un-learn old patterns.
Focus on the latest design patterns instead of making old patterns work in a Pega Constellation application. That we could do implementations is all kinds of ways did not meant that it was the right way. With Constellation it is more descriptive and focuses on outcomes, and if you cannot achieve a certain outcome Ootb, DX components can fill in the gap.
But it all starts with the right patterns, Data-model first, Modular development and focus on outcomes
@THARUNKT to that end, a related video that @Kamil Janeczek mentioned is the “squashing myths” session. It all about unlearning old patterns and focusing on achieving the business outcome.
