How to configure a workflow to send email notfication whenever assigned to a User on any Step in the whole workflow

Hi @Pandari Kadaji: Can you please help to check this. You should be able to configure in the case type rule.

Looking into the version tagged in the article (which is 8.2), not sure if this feature is available in the old version. If you are still running the system in version 8.2, you may check if this option is available.

In the Settings tab of the case type, open the Notification option and check ‘Email user when assignment is routed to worklist’ and compose your email.
