Message:com.pega.pegarules.pub.PRRuntimeException: Failed to find instance JS-FW-SBSFW-Work-SI.TradingListViewExcelData of type Rule-Obj-HTML.

There is an agent which will run on a weekly basis. We got this exception only one particular week and it is running successfully now and not getting this error.

So, Why this agent has failed only one particular week?

@SaikrishnaK7199 it sounds like you are after a root cause analysis. Did you investigate your logs leading up to this issue?

Did you check the forum for occurances of “Failed to find instance” “Rule-Obj-HTML”?

Failed to find instance @baseclass.SSO-Web-Redirect of type Rule-Obj-HTML.

Failed to find instance History-MDR-FW-RMToolFW-Work-Opportunity.AssignmentSummary_Mobile of type Rule-HTML-Section.

If the issue occurs again you may need to log a support incident and provide them with the full logs for further investigation.
