Pega GenAI and the LSA - 24.2 Edition (Oct 2024).pdf (6.76 MB)

@DianeSK Hi Diane , Is it possible to feed case documents to pega gen AI coach ? if possible could you please add more light on how?

Yes, providing case documents to the Pega Gen AI Coach is possible. Currently, Coach supports only text content, so if the attachments contain purely textual information, you can configure a data page to feed this data to Coach. We’re also working on enhancements for the next release that will enable the Coach to read more complex document formats, such as DOCX and PDF files, including elements like images and tables.

Refer to this link for more details on Coach configuration

@rawap Thanks for your reply .We tried sending word document as byte stream but as you said it could’t understand the content as it only understand the text content as of now.

Also when I send stream of document(word document with three pages) content to coach then it responded like 16385 is the maximum token limit for this model.Hope this will be taken care in the next release since its common that case documents can have more than three pages.

@DianeSKIs it possible to get a recording of this session?

@BhanuPrakash_G - Hello! Yes - see the event replay page.

@DianeSK Hi Diane,

Do you know if Pega GenAI PremBridge can be used to bring GenAI capabilities to legacy applications, i.e., non-Constellation apps? or in a more general sense, do Pega GenAI capabilities (Coach, Connect, etc.) will work with UI-Kit applications?

Thanks

@josenavas Hi Jose - from what I can glean, it appears the only requirement is that your client managed applications need to be on 24.1 to use PremBridge, Constellation or otherwise. It also appears that you do not need PremBridge to use Knowledge Buddy. I’ve looped in @ArunSarada to confirm.

@SritejaLSA I believe so, if not by using the Default Coach, then by creating your own coach. I’ll add our friends @rawap & @ArunSarada to confirm.
