Clipboard is Blank/ White Screen. Won't show any data

Hi

When I open clipboard from launching a Portal, the clipboard page is totally white and blank.

In Admin Portal the Clipboard is fine, In other portals its showing blank.

Nothing is coming up in logs as well.
