Clarity on rule resolution cache issue or best practice/recommendation

Hi team,

Currently We are in PRPC v8.8.3. We have seems on wired cache issues in S&L production post 15th Jun prod release. As per best practice, load of application, usage and per Pega team’s recommendation; We does not restart nodes with cleaning cache. However We have sees one of the agent (enabled in domain node) was not picking the rules latest version deployed as part of the release.

To fix the issues; We performed revalidate and save of the RSV.

Please let us know why Pega behaves wired even though We follow best practices.

Also Please let us know if there are any other best practices or artifacts to be followed?

@KshirodaN6645 Please refer below document and its mandatory to do revalidate and save for every deployment for those rules to overcome any missing rules.
