Certification not reflecting in my achievements page

My certification of pega CPDC is not reflecting in my achievements page. I can see it under 'verify certification ’ . Can you help me with CPDC certificate

Is the email ID linked to your Pega profile same as the one you provided to Peason VUE while registering for the exam?
