Case Creation is not working in Email Manager in Constellation

We are using the email manager and once we send the email a triage case is getting created.

We have a create case option in the email manager, But if we click the option nothing seems to be happening.

The same requirement is working in the Theme cosmos portal, but is not working in constellation portal.

Have you made any changes to the constellation in comparison to the theme cosmos? Please review

This seems to be a configuration issue and is resolved with the help of Pega support team.

@MohammedSohailS17093921 can you please confirm on how it was resolved? do we need to update any configuration?
