cannot export to excel in dev studio

Hi

I am required to create SLA report and then create a simple report and try to export to excel…

However, excel export function does not work when I click “action” → export to excel in dev studio.

I could export to PDF without any setting…

Do I need to set something to export excel? Please see an attachment.

I need your advice.

Hi, Can you check the log file, are you getting any error in log?
