Can anyone point me in the right direction? I’m a Training Lead with a system integrator, preparing training content for the END USERS. I’m trying to discover or rule out whether Pega, out of the box, has been architected to anticipate the deployed product, and if there is either an integrated digital asset platform for end user training to be hosted OR whether the Pega Platform Help is intended to be repurposed into providing just-in-time procedural job aids for end users…not training for developers of Pega?

If I understand your ask correctly, you want to change the link to Pega Platform Help in Dev Studio to point to some end-user training.
If this is what you are after, recognize that end-users of the deployed product will not have access to Dev Studio. Any training you want to make available to end-users of the deployed product would have to be made available through the user portals.
