Please let me know where to find the Pega Platform Help Articles in the Pega Community portal. It used to be easily accessible from the Home Page Menu.

If you are after either the old Support Articles (including archives), or the latest Troubleshooting Articles, then the best way is to navigate to the URL listed above is via the community → ‘Pega Support Home Page’ menu
I have attached images showing you the steps involved. We are working to simplify the process for our clients in the near future.

As @MarijeSchillern suggested, you will find Troubleshooting articles in product-specific article collections on the Pega Documentation site.
The Pega Documentation site, docs.pega.com, became available on 10November2021 to serve as Pega’s dedicated documentation site, following industry standards.
This “lift & shift” of Pega technical documentation to a dedicated site allowed for the Pega Community site, community.pega.com, to focus on developer, client, and business partner engagement.
@MaryritaStyer might shed more light on Pega’s rationale for the separation of community and documentation.
