Once the Refresh button is clicked and the page refresh is completed, bring back the button to its original shape. The outline of the button gets disappeared. I have to click on an empty space to bring the outline back to the button.
Outline of button stay when refreshed the screen also. How to change the skin level any possibilities please help me.
This issue is happening mostly as the Button has a different styling for Focus attribute. Open up the formatting defined on the button and track that formatting in the skin rule.
These states define the styling based on the current state of the button. In your case either active or focus seems to be the state that is missing the styling
