We have created a new business calendar and we should add them in the case type irrespective of Operator how we can add can anyone help me?

@GnanadeepP Time, the locale is always picked based on the logged-in Operator. So when you say calendar adding to the casetype there’s not much option. You will have to configure all the operator records with this business calendar. OR Leverage functions like - @(Pega-RULES:BusinessCalendar).addDays(“.myprop”, 0, true, “USDefault”). etc . to compute
