When using isBusinessDay OOTB function if we pass any Monday date and check whether it is a business day or not its returning false everytime.

First, can you check whether you are passing blank / “” instead of calendar name part. it should be like @(Pega-RULES:BusinessCalendar).isBusinessDay(YourDate , “Default”)

Second , Instead of date , try passing date time and share the observation once.
