We were trying to configure 508 compliant screen resolution and tried Breakpoints which were not working when configured in the skin rule.
The issue happens because the skin rule breakpoints are not being applied correctly to the UI rendering layer. The solution is to ensure the application is using a responsive layout with standard Pega 508-compliant templates enabled. Update the skin rule so that breakpoints are defined properly in pixels and are saved correctly. Then re-save and re-apply the skin to the portal so it rebuilds the UI styles. After that, clear the browser cache and Pega static content cache. Once refreshed, the breakpoints will start working as expected in the 508 compliant configuration.
