BatchOut table is populated with the offer records but DBTemplate is empty

Hi

we have a requirement to populate offer records in multiple DBTemplates based on the pyChannel. So we configured the Offer flow with different DB templates using a simple Generic flow shape, routed accordingly based on a decision shape based on pychannel value.

Out the of 2 DB Templates configured, Template1 gets populated whereas the Template2 does not. But am able to see offer records for both in the Batchout table.

Any idea why this happens?

P.S - Template2 works fine if configured in the Engagement , which we do not want now.

@DhanamaliniG We found that the DBTemplate instance was having errors. This issue got resolved, once we fixed the template and made it online.
