Based on ticket on SR-B42374 · Issue 299138, we experience issue on data import wizard in pega. when we try to import parameter, pega show Unable to perform {1} : assignment does not exists.

i traced the problem, and i found a rule with ID (pzDataImport), i tried to private edit this rule and i turned OFF Draft Mode, the import Wizard works fine, if the Draft Mode is ON, the problem appear as pictured in the first screenshot.

the Draft Mode is on by default.

can you provide hotfix product based on SR-B42374? because we cannot find HF Product to install in our server

Please do not request hotfixes on this public-facing product forum.

If you wish to request HFIX-33682 for Pega 7.2.2 then you will need to contact Pega Support via the MSP.

However, you are on a version which is past the Extended support deadline so likely the advice will be for you to upgrade.

SR-B42374 · ISSUE 299446 is for “Data Import Wizard Flow error corrected” and it was fixed from 7.3 onwards.

Resolved Issues

You are on a retired product 7.2.2 which is no longer featured on Extended Support.

After the Extended Support period ends, Pega is under no obligation to provide additional support. Clients should immediately update to the latest minor version to benefit from ongoing security and reliability improvements.
