Automatically delete task

Requirement:

Delete open tasks which are idle, these tasks are were initiated by optional processes available via de actions menu.

  • In the optional process flow, add a connector and an end-shape to the task.

  • Add a empty flow action to the connector, ex. “EndTask”.

  • Add an SLA to the task.

  • Goal/deadline = ex. 8 hours.

  • Action after meeting the goal = Advance flow (“EndTask”)
