Finish Assignment from SLA

Hi, my requirement is I’d like to automatically finish an assignment after the user hasn’t clicked on the next button 1 hour after the assignment started.

I have created a Service Level Agreement rule which will run an activity 1 hour after the assignment has started. For the activity I chose the OOTB activity ‘FinishAssignment’.

This activity has 2 mandatory parameters. One is ‘TaskStatus’ and one is ‘pyHarness’. I am not sure what values to use for these parameters, could someone help me out here?

@Nielsv48 You can use standard status values such as "Completed" or "Resolved-Completed". The choice depends on your specific business process and how you classify completed assignments and use "ConfirmHarness" if you want to display a confirmation screen.

You can also try resumeflow activity or advanceflow option in SLA.

I would recommend to use advanceFlow and provide the flow action name to resume the flow once the deadline is reached.
