HI there, i am having an issue with audit history, I have a case wide action and whenever i perform the assignment, the audit doesn’t capture the flow name and shows incomplete information. We have multiple case wide actions, but it doesn’t show up only for 1 case wide action.
Hi there, the above issue was resolved by just updating the flow action label name from “Transfer” to “Transfer Case”.
Also, note can be easily added by using ootb activity -Add history by giving required params as in below snapshot.
Calling this activity in post activity of transfer flow action will add additional note that we can customize apart from the ootb note that is populated as “Performed a Transfer Case”. Thanks
