After I attached the documents to the case we are displaying them in the table with in the case, I’m unable to see them even tried to run the report which is in the Data-Attach class it is not fetching the records here as well. Please assist what can the issue be.
Hi @saipriyaM , can you please check if the pxLinkedRefFrom property is added in the RD? I think this can resolve your issue.
Since in the Data-WorkAttach class, the pxLinkedRefFrom property is crucial for tracking the relationship between attachments and their associated cases, ensuring attachments are properly linked and easily accessible within the context of the relevant case.
