Raghu Saranathan has over 20 years of industry experience of which the last five years have been with Pega. Raghu has worked on several initiatives within Pega to improve the challenges with the update process. He actively led the work to create zero downtime patch updates and to the near zero-downtime minor updates. Raghu takes great pride in his work and always finds ways to improve operational efficiency for a given situation.

We have developed a process to update the clients who are on Pega Cloud 2 to go to Pega Cloud 3 so that they can avail all of the latest offerings that Pega Cloud® has.
