Allow/validate access to GenAI for the client in Pega Labs

Hi,

My client want to discover GenAI by requesting a Pega Labs instance.

In the document https://pegalabs.pega.com/ui/docs/external/genai

It is mentioned the following:

GenAI in Pega Labs

GenAI is currently in the pilot phase in Pega Labs. Please contact your point of contact for more information.

Enabling GenAI in Pega

If your organization has been approved to use the GenAI on Pega Labs pilot, you can enable GenAI in Pega using the following instructions.

My question: as their Account Executive, how can I request the approval for my client’s organization to use GenAI on Pega Labs pilot?

@MarissaRogers is this still the process we have to follow, we have new Pega 23 Labs instance and GenAI feature is not enabled.
