AI enabled BA's to imagine more use cases w.r.t to validation , rechecks and Thinking beyond validating structured data

Interaction with LLM’s has opened new doors of thinking especially beyond format and policy checks (java script functions, validation rules , java functions ). BA’s got new use cases to check the tone/mood of the email content with AI assistants. Listing down few

  1. Checking images especially during cheque clearances between bank 2 bank or bank 2 customers with AI tools . Using standard AI agents we can automate cross checking of images , receipts issues by Road Transport office , Parcel deliver reciepts etc.
  2. AI tools can go through content and tell the intent quickly and give response accordingly. Especially with Old generation people like grand father and grand mothers can understand the document content much easily and do lot of tasks quickly with tools.
  3. Not just validating unstructured data but AI tools can analyse and give suggestions , recommendations within the context window.
  4. Recheck with multiple AI modals can cross verify originality of documents and compare with other submitted documents by genuine customers from archives
  5. Pega platform can develop standard validation AI agents for every sector to validate documents from domain perspective for example insurance documents, legal documents , manufacturer warranty card etc.

AI definitely created lot of tools for doing verifications or rechecks beyond traditional methods.

This is an interesting observation, and it highlights where GenAI genuinely expands thinking.

The key governance boundary to keep in mind is that suggestion and analysis are appropriate uses, while final validation and enforcement should remain deterministic.

Tone detection, intent interpretation, and cross‑document comparison are good candidates for AI assistance, but outcomes that affect customers or compliance should still flow through rules, decisions, and human review.

I’d be interested to hear how others have translated these exploratory ideas into production‑safe patterns.
