After the customer search is done, the left navigation needs to be collapsible where intent task & option to wrap up is shown. How can we do it.

Can we please have an update on the same. It will be helpful if we can have some suggestions.

We want to know how to control the collapsible behavior based of the left area where Intent Tasks are shown/ Wrap Up button is available

When the screen resolution changes it does happen automatically but at what resolution its being restricted is not available in the product info or installation guide. If there is any leads , it will be really helpful

We have defined our logic in the CSWorkAreaController section(its available section) to expand or collapse the interaction drive based on browser resize.

Please explore that section’s logic and then implement your own logic to achieve your requirements.
